Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I've been updating my Norton 360 several times a day, hoping to finally have the Safe Web toolbar on FireFox.  No luck.  What now?

Welcome,

I'm running NIS and just checked. My FF has been updated to 13.0.1 and the Norton Toolbar is present and accounted for. Have you rebooted since updating FF and 360?

Hi Nickcinn,

Which version of N360 are you using?  Support > About.

Quick question - Have you looked in Add-ons > Extensions and checked if the Norton Toolbar and Norton Volunerability Protection are Enabled?  The latest versions are NT 2012.7.3.1 and NVP 11.0.0.243-1.
