I clicked on "Never" accidently when I was going to a new (to me) website. Is there a way to reset Identity Safe so it thinks this is the first time visiting the website?

Hi Chesapeke,
Log into Identity Safe on the Toolbar, hover over Options, then select Edit Logins > on the top of the next page, select Create New Login. Follow the instructions. I believe this will work for you.
Keep us posted.

That works - to a point. Even though I have both Auto-fill when I visit this page and Aulomaticaly submit when I choose this login boxes checked, the user-id and password do not auto-fill. How can I make them fill auomatically?

prasanna_a was kind enough to share some information with me after I made my last reply - this is what I received:
"if suppose you are clicking never on any URL, it would list down two options. One will read "dont show for this page" and other would "never show for any page". If you select never->dont show for this page, you can again browse to that URL and when you goto Identity safe drop down options from toolbar you can see "Turn on notifications for this page", on selecting that option the infobar which you selected never would appear again.
If suppose you are selecting never-dont show for any page , you can revert it from "Browsing Options window". In case you have accidently clicked on never for save infobar or card infobar, goto browsing options and select the "Offer to save login option" or "offer to display card option" from that window."
I do not use card/notes and have never clicked on NEVER, so I have not ever seen any of this - so hopefully this will help you get everything working - if not, we'll be here until we get it sorted.

I went through what prasanna_a suggested - the web site was not on ignore, so I set it to ignore, rebooted, and tried it again, clearing the ignore switch. Unfortunately, that didn't make any difference - my data still won't autofill (if I fill in the user-id and password, I can make it work). I originally set this up under Norton 2011, when I was using WinXP Pro, but I have since upgraded(?) to Win7 Pro and Norton 2012.

On the Norton Toolbar, please go to Identity Safe > Options > Edit Logins > Select the login you are trying to setup in the left hand column and then ensure the AutoFill when I viist this page is checked as shown in that section of the edit Login page shown below.
Any help?

Hi,
If this was working fine in NIS 2011 but no longer working iwth NIS 2012 it might be due to us switching to a new form-filling engine. Can you report the website that is no longer aut-filling? From the Identiy Safe dropdown list there is a 'Report Issue'. Fill out the issue you are seeing and we will update the rules as quickly as possible.
Regards,
Albert

I think maybe I wasn't clear - I originally set this up under 2011, and I also had changed it under 2011. It was still changed when I upgraded to 2012. Now I can't get it back under 2012. But I will do as you requested, even though this is my online banking site.

Hi,
You don't need to put in any of your personal information. Just the link for your online banking website is usually sufficient.

Albert
