My old computer is defunct and I just purchased a new computer. I thought when I spent all that money for Norton 360 that my passwords and logins would be forever available to me. If they are, I have no idea how to access them.
Also, a few months ago, I updated my Norton 360. It never occurred to me that by doing so I would lose all my logins, passwords and cards. I'm beginning to wonder why I'm spending all this money for nothing, A fat lot of good my logins would do me anyway since Firefox 14 is incompatible with Norton Toolbar.

Hi Catnip,
First thing we need to know is which version of N360 you are talking about - I am guessing that since you updated it a few months ago, you are on version 6. Also are you using N 360 Standard or N 360 Premiere?
Did you ever export/backup your ID Safe data (log-ins) thru the N 360 settings on the old system? If so, can you access the old hard drive.
Did you ever migrate your logins to the ID Safe Online Vault? If so you should still be able to access your log-ins that way - once you get N 360 installed and runnning on your new system.
It sounds like you installed N 360 on your new system (but do not have the Norton Toolbar in FF 14). Please run LiveUpdate (rebooting when requested) as many times as it takes for LiveUpdate to reply "no updates found". LiveUpdate replying with just finished is not what we are looking for. The scren shot below is what you need to see.
Please provide the answers to our questions and we'll go from there.
