Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Using NAV 2012 v. 19.7.09 (upgraded today), I find Firefox 12 (released version already installed) the toolbar is still incompatible. Since installing NAV last year (latest previous v.18.7.1.3) Safe Web toolbar has never been compatible with Firefox (IE v. 9 is). I can understand that Safe Web Lite toolbar v. 1.2.0 is incompatible…not sure what is going on here.  Any thoughts?

Hi,

Safe-web lite will not support FF 12,  The reason is,  we have released Norton Identity safe(free ware) product which has many additional features like Identity Safe, Web Protection & Share Via  including safeweb features. This will support FF12
