Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Since updating to the latest IS 2012 I no longer get the prompt to save my login for the site. When I checked the Norton website for details it says ...."When you provide your login credentials on a Web site, Identity Safe displays Save your login for this site? on the Norton Toolbar. "

I do not get the "Save your login for this site? on the Norton Toolbar. "

How do I fix this?

Since upgrading to NIS 2012, do you have Identity Safe enabled in settings?

Settings > Web > Identity Safe > Identity Safe On

Additionally ... Settings > Web > Identity Safe > Identity Safe On > Browsing Options > Configure > Offer to save my credentials when I log in to websites

Sorry for the issue you are facing. Is this issue happening for all sites or any particular site?
