Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I'm thinking of getting a new computer. How do I transfer all my identity safe passwords from one laptop to the other? Do I have to be using Norton 360 or any other Norton product to transfer all my stored passwords to the new computer? Thanks.

Hi Jbrias,

We have multiple  ways to share/transfer your identity safe data to other machine.

1.If you use NIS 2012 or N360 V6 we can create/use Online identity safe to sync IDsafe data between multiple machines

2.If you use NIS 2011 or N360 V5 , we can export the data in .NPM file and Install NIS/N360/Norton Identity safe (free ware) on the other machine then import the data which you have exported previously.

3.If you use NIS 2012 or N360 V6 , we can export the data in .DAT file and Install NIS/N360/Norton Identity safe (free ware) on the other machine then import the data which you have exported previously.
