Received 360 V6.2.0.9 update on 04.23.12 and rebooted as instructed. Currently using Firefox 9. As a result of update, toolbar has been disabled due to non-compatibility. Help please!!

Hi JaniceF,
Please upgrade/Install Firefox 11 to have compatibility with Norton Toolbar . After Installing FF11, Go to tools->Addons enable Norton toolbar addons and restart the FF then check issue again.
Firefox12 is not released officially from mozilla, once it is released, you can upgrade to FF12
Thanks,
Senthil

Ah, I've been dragging my feet with ugrading to Firefox 11. Just did it, and the toolbar is back. Thanks for the quick response, Senthil.

Hi Janice,
I personally had the same issue that you were facing.
I've solved it by upgrading to FFox-11.
No need to worry upgrading your browser cause, I've downloaded and installed FFox-12 which also "works".
