Since update to v 6.2.0.9 problems with ID Safe?

Hello All

 

Windows 7 Prof 32 bit

latest version N360

 

Today I'm trying to log into sites that I visit on a Regular basis. ID Safe knows some; puts the wrong info in some others; and then on others it won't even fill in the info.

 

When I check the edit log-ins, everything is there looking good.

 

Anyone else having similar problems??

Hi,

 

Sorry for the issue you are facing,

 

1) Can you please share the URLs on which Identity Safe does not autofill your logins?

 

2) If possible please share both the URLs on which wrong logins are autofilled? (For ex:- If gmail.com login is autofilled in Yahoomail.com then please share both the URLs)

I am finding the same issue as the individual above. Sometimes I can lookup my logins in the "main" login listing, manually enter them and then get an option to save, aterwhich they seem to function again. However, this does not ALWAYS happen. The following URL is one that does not give be the option. https://servicing.capitalone.com/c1/login.aspx 

This is becoming more than simply an annoyance.

This is a credit card rewards site: https://www.pcpoints.ca/en/redirect_secure.asp?URL=PCL1R10_LOGIN.ASP?REFERID=TOPMOD  it worked perfectly before the last update. Now, even though I deleted from my Login List and Re-entered Manually, it will NOT load the User Name or Password at all; just leaves them blank. And it does NOT ask me if I wish to Save the info.

 

This is another credit card site: https://online.americanexpress.com/myca/logon/us/action?request_type=LogonHandler&Face=en_US&DestPag...   the User Name and Password would be filled in, but they were Incorrect. Deleted from my Login List. Then when I re-entered the info on the website, ID Safe asked if I wanted to Save. This site works again.

 

And, for other sites such as this forum...no problem.
