I know there's already a thread about the Facebook share button in the toolbar of this thread is more general.  The toolbar is ridiculous and way too big with too many functions in it!  I don't like junk littering up the menu/toolbar space.  The one from NIS 2012 was very small and unobtrusive, this one is three times as big without gaining anything for the user.  I wish they would learn to make things flexible for the end users so we can set up installations to use what we want to use, not what they want us to.
