Trouble Verifying Ownership for Norton Safe Web

Hello,

I have a website operated through wix.com but can't get it verified. I have entered the 128 character alphanumeric code to the keywords of my website but when I select the “verify” button I receive a message that it is unable to verify.

The following code is between line 39 and 40 in my page source.

ixbzewce1apx6n0l0ct3sej9ppzg66z008phr2j8rye583om62s3ziyryl5j4xaqx4lwozt6lebj3mtdpfe4ccszxzpfp6g23-jriym35p9h3kmmk4qv2cbzv6jxk8aa

My website is www.reinhardwestphalphotography.com

I read through Norton’s community board that this method will not allow for the automated verification, but it should assist the Safe Web team in manually verifying my site. Also, when the ownership has been verified, can I remove the authentication code from my keywords tag?

Can someone help me notify the Safe Web Team that a manual verification is required?

Many thanks.

Hi,

I have informed the Safe Web team, and they got your Web site analyzed and rated as green now:

Re: Trouble Verifying Ownership for Norton Safe Web

Hello heleneeric

Since ownership has been verified, here is a quote from the Safe Web Team instructions.

Once your Web site ownership verification is complete, you may remove the HTML file from the root folder or remove the authentication code you entered in the meta tags. Before removal, please ensure you can see the ownership verified status in the "site dispute" tab in your Safe Web account.

Scroll down and you will find the information on that page. Thanks.
