Good morning
I have encountered this problem today. I couldn't dind a way to "Restart" the browser that got rid of this problem, so I ended up rebooting the laptop.
Identity safe then worked... for a little while then I get the same error message. This error appeared both times after manually refreshing a website by hitting the F5 button.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi kwakkers.
Welcome to the Community.
I can't help you but to give others a better chance of being able to help you, could you tell us what browser and operating system you are using. Ideally including version numbers etc.

Hello again kwakkers.
Noting that no one else seems to have responded to this yet I (an only occasional visitor to this forum) did a search and found a similar problem in another thread "Unavailable - Browser Restart Required". It appears that there the problem was resolved by a reboot. So maybe you were just unlucky twice! :-(
You may like to look at that thread, in particular dickevans post which can be found here.
I hope that helps and that the problem is now resolved.

Thanks again for your reply. Not unlucky at all - have rebooted a number of times today and the same thing happened time and time again. Not sure why but I have just reinstalled the software and so far...
I subsequently found that I could not even open NOrton 360 directly (hence the reinstall).
The annoying vb script issue has also disappeared. So I'll have my fingers crossed that I never see this problem again.
Yes I found that post as well, but alas mine was reoccurring so I opened my own question.
Thank you again for your time - it is appreciated.

A pleasure kwakkers.
I hope all remains well from now on.
Good luck.
