Tools -> add-ons -> disable?

If you delete the identity safe from control panel -> programs and features it will be removed from every place that it had been working.

Hi Harley55,

Can we ask why you would want to uninstall the Norton Toolbar?  You can disable it,  but if you remove it,  it's gone and you may have to jump through hoops to bring it back.
