I have Norton 360, version 188.8.131.52 (Windows PC Computer, Vista 64-bit) which I believe is the most current available. I have uploaded my Identity Safe online (Norton's version of the cloud) and use the information on my ipad2 via the new and improved Norton IDSafe app from Apple.
1. How does the Norton online (cloud) update itself to sync between my PC and the cloud? I note I've added one or two logins into my PC Norton 360 Identity Safe, but in checking the online version, they're not there. Is it automatic, but updates only every few hours, days, weeks, months or millennium or what?
2. In checking Norton's 360 website, I find the article "Merging local vault to online vault." But, when following the recommended steps, there's one or two missing on my version. E.g., instructions tell you to: click settings after launching 360, then under detailed settings, click on Identity Protection. So far, so good. Then under Identity Safe, there's suppose to be a choice called "move data online." That's missing from mine. The closest I get is "export" and it asks me for directions (suggesting some file on my PC). So, that's no help. What am I missing?
Anyone have any insight into any of this? Thanks in advance.

1. If you are logged into the online Identity Safe vault, any new log ins should be updated instantaneously. The online vault is the only one you have at this point. It does not synch between devices as such, it is just each device accesses the same vault.
2. As you are logging into the online vault, in the settings, you would not see an option to move data online if you have already done that.
