Like the new V6 of 360, but not impress with what ever changes were made to Identity Safe.
1. With multiple logins, you can't choose which you want, keeps clearing and putting in the log in info it wants.
2. On another log in it will enter my user name only if I hit refresh.
3. On a forum I frequent, when trying to send a private message, when clicking on the users name, that name clears
and my user name pops in. Even if I delete it and type the other name in, it clears and puts my user name in.
4. How do you stop that annoying Try Norton Safe Search pop up?????????
I hope there are some fixes short coming. I have registered all the issues through IS, but have seen nothing so far. It doesn't
seem that you need fixes, as much as getting rid of the improvements. V5 worked very well. By the way this is happening
on both of my computers, not just one.

Issue1: We are aware issue and tracking with a defect.
Issue2: Could you provide the url in which you are facing the issue?
Issue3: Can you report that site through Norton toolbar-> Identity safe->Report issue->Fill the form with appropriate option and submit.
Issue:4 When this pop up appears click on try now and search some strings in Norton safe search or disable and enable the Norton search box to avoid this pop up.
We have fixed few issues related to idsafe, Could you run live update until it shows "no more updates required" and restart the system.
Let us know how it goes?
Thanks,
Senthil

I've reported all issues via the IS toolbar/report issue, so all ulr's have been reported. I keep both systems updated, but haven't seen any improvements to IS.

I am having the same problem with selecting from multiple logins for a single web site... the 1st login repopulates when the page is sent. I see from your message you are tracking this problem, have you identified the cause of the problem and working toward a solution? IE 9.05, Norton 360 6.1.2.10.

Still having all the same issues with IS. Will this be fixed or should I go back to V5, it's a real pain. It won't let me change a log in, keeps overwriting it. Same with trying to send a private message on a forum, it deletes the user name and puts mine in.

I am having the same problems. IE 9 would not fill out logins (while Firefox does). If you leave the login blank, and hit enter, it will fill out a login of its own choice. if you fill in a log-in, it will delete it, and again- fill a login of its own choice.

Is this being worked on??????

I HAD the same issue. Now my Identity Safe deleted all of my logins with the upgrade to Norton 360 V6.1.2.10.

Looks like the V6 1.2.10 update resolved it... I can now select a 2nd login and it will overwrite the autofill and send the selected login. I did not have a problem with the update deleting my logins.

It was very difficult to solve. The end result it that I copied my Identity Safe from another PC, and restored it where it was needed. The difficult part of the restore was saving the file on the desktop in order to restore the data. The download file would not permit a save to a file, so I right-clicked and found the related file within Norton for the file to respond. It was a very confusing process.
