Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Each time I go to a site I must validate to go onto Identity Safe, even if I do so twenty times a day. Is there any way to stop this so I need only validate once like the old sign on system allowed?

That doesn't sound like normal operation for the stand alone identity safe product. Can you provide us with additional detail? Operating system, what do you see when you go to a site, what do you do when you see what you see? Can you provide screenshots of any of this?

You may have a setting causing this. You are being logged out of Identity Safe because of your settings.

I use Norton Internet Security and click on Settings - Web - Identity Safe. Then click on 'configure' next to Password and Security.  If you have the setting I circled in the pic below, you will have the issue you describe. Just change the setting to something else, and see if it solves your problem.

If you use a different product, just look for the Settings page and try to find something similar to what I described.
