Websites will not load suddenly

Suddenly many websites will not load, hangs forever, never open.  I disabled indetity safe and all worked again until next day when it changed back to selective non loading.  I hope to not have to allow each and every website manually?  Any ideas?

Are you referring to Identify Safe or Norton Online Family?  If you are referring to a different product other than NOF, please let us know and we will be glad to move your post to an appropriate forum for better exposure.

I have Norton Security Suite.

 

I am not saying that your website will not load, but that unless I disable Identity Safe in Norton, websites will not load

Thanks.  Are you able to recommend fix as you are with the company?  this is also happening to other computers in our house. Super slow loading and then hangs.  All gets fixed when we disable Identity Safe.

To get you the best advice, would you give us some more information about your system:

What version of Windows are you using including Service Packs and whether 32 bit or 64 bit as well as the Name and Version ID of the Norton product that you are using -- Help or Support / About is where that is, in the format of nn.nn.nn.nnn where n is a number.


If you have the COMCAST version of Norton 360 / Security Suite and not the normal retail version please be sure to tell us.
If you get any error messages please give the exact wording of them as well as any other background that could be helpful.


Please also say what internet browser you are using -- name and version number ...
