Hello Dave and welcome!

I am sorry to hear of the trouble you are having.

In checking the source code for your home page, I do not see the Norton Safe Web code listed anywhere - not even in the keywords tag as you mentioned.

The WordPress tools are probably limiting your ability to place the code.  You could place just the 128 character code as plain visible text (small font) at the bottom of your page.  I can then request a manual verification from the Safe Web Team.  The code text could be removed once they have verified ownership.

I am re-posting this becuase I found a way to add the information to the bottom of my Wordpress site but I closed the previous thread as solved even though it wasn't. Sorry about that. If my site could be manually checked that would be great.

I can see the Safe Web code at the bottom of your home page.
