I searched just Norton apps and it was not in the list. I clicked the link you provided whilst in FB on the iPad and got the same error message as before: "Your request could not be completed". I have looked closer at the URL you provided and have found the problem – the link is for apple.com/US Apple must have different iTunes stores for different countries!!! Alas, I am in the UK, so cannot access this page. Do you have a URL for UK customers? (I really hope so!)”.

Welcome to the Community.

I am in the UK and can see the app when I search for "itunes norton identity safe".

As I am using a PC it offers me a download of Itunes for a PC first but then implies that I will be able to download Norton Identity Safe.  It does seem to be a US site but nothing seems to be blocking if for me.

Try again and let us know if it works or not.  If not then we will try again.

Hello again ShirleyStoddart.

I doubt you have had much luck, as I have just discovered that Norton have taken the Mac version of Identity safe off the severs as the result of customer feedback.  I gather that they hope to put back a new and improved version within the next couple of weeks.  Had I been a Mac user I would probably have picked up on this earlier.  Sorry if you were given false hope.

Stay tuned here and you should hear fairly quickly after the new version is uploaded.

Hopefully you will not have to wait too long.
