can't access online vault from toolbar

as of yesterdaty when I click the identity safe icon in the norton toolbar i don't get the option to enter password for online vault like i usually do.

instead i get a messsage saying "convert portable profile....use of a portable profile.....is no longer available"

i can still log on to /identitysafe.norton.com and access online vault

i get the same problem in both chrome and ie.  i've not tried any other browsers.

Hi,

 

Is there any external device like pen drive connected to the machine? If yes, it should already have some portable profile in it. Make sure the external device is unplugged and try logging into identity safe.
