is anyone else having issues with logging in to id safe? when i try i get prompted to "sign in" however when i fill in the info, i get a "failed to login...please check credentials". the info im entering is correct. if i try to access the account from the main console, i get an "IE cannot display page". Is it safe to assume something is wrong on their end? this is annoying because i cant access my "saved passwords" for websites! Anyone else having issues??

geez now i get a "your account is temporarily locked due to too many attempts"!!! since i cant login via the toolbar or the "access account" from the main console. so i go to mynortonaccount via ie and get this: You have exceeded the number of allowable attempts to sign in. Please try again in 1 hour. guess i have to wait an HOUR and try again?!?!

It seems there is something wrong with Norton's server. I'm seeing the same behavior as you, but once I did get a message that the server was unavailable.
I hate that they've changed were our Identity Safe logins are saved. In previous versions, they were saved locally on our hard drives, so we could access them without having to login to the Norton Server. Now, they save the information "in the cloud," which doesn't seem good to me in at least two ways:

Thanks for the info!!:) and your points are the EXACT same issues why i was hesitant about using the new version!! I much prefer to have the info on my end on not "stored" online. im still getting the failed to login message. will have to try again later i guess. thanks again
