Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Hello,

my computer got crashed and i needed to install windows in on a new ahrddrive (new Oartition). I Didnt save the data. But teh whole old directory is on odl drive (D:\\).

My question is how can i trasver the data ffrom idetify-safe to the new harddrive without having the export file ?

Try the instructions from Dinesh in the following post. That was for N360 but it is all about getting the Identity Safe data back.

i did the same what danisch posted in the forum. But now i cant longin at all. it says "Login in your storage is curentlly not available". 

Any idea whats wrong ?

yes i can log into my MyNorton Accont

I sloved the problem.

I restored the password. Then i imported the dat.file (from old computer) and it worked fine for me :=)
