Re: iPad2 ID Safe, no passwords

Hi All,

We are very sorry and do apologize to those who have had issues with the iOS app of IDSafe in the past few days. Once we were able to determine the extent of the issue we immediately pulled the app from the Apple Store. Just an update: We have a new build which addresses the auto-filling issue and will submit to the Apple Store tomorrow. It usually takes Apple some time to approve it so we don't have an exact date by when the iOS app will be reposted but it is coming. I'll let everyone know once it has been posted again. Thanks for everyone's patience.

Regards,

Albert

The new version of the app is now available on the App Store.

But why is it not available in the Canadian iTunes store?

Re: iPad2 ID Safe, no passwords

Hi All,

The Norton Identity Safe iOS app has been refreshed in the App Store. The auto-filling issue has been fixed.

We're monitoring the new app and will expand to other regions shortly if no issues are found.

Regards,

Albert
