You asked me if i created another id safe local account. That is the answer. I tried to login since its not iam using internet explorer pass save option. One more thing--- other components of norton are also not connecting. Like, when i press an item in startup manager it tries for some time and shows no connection but it works properly sometimes. Same case with norton file insight. But these 2 sometimes works normal and gets the info
