Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I can't get into my online vault. I just downloaded the stand alone version of ID Safe and it times out. Has anyone else had this happen?

Hi,

Didn't have that problem when I did an install. Did have to reboot to get everything back in order. Assume that you have done that and that you don't have another Norton product installed that includes identity safe.

It worked today...i can only assume the line was busy.

Hi,

Glad all is well now.

If It happens again, watch the color of the pattern in the center of the vault. If it's red there's no connection - might want to take a break and try again a bit later.
