Ok...so I need the facts. Just the facts.
In simple readable English (or Spanish, your preference!). My problem is I get "NORTON IDENTITY SAFE HAS CRASHED."
In my own little world,
my dream is to just find a magical link
: I click it
, then wait just a few seconds, and then viola! It's done. ![]()
Is there such a beast????? If so, please do tell.
Please.
This IS annoying as it gets every window I have opened, one by one, with apparently no remorse at all...![]()
Please, help.....??? In my own little world, you would be President! ![]()

What Norton product and version are you using? Support - About
Try clicking on Support - Get Support to run Autofix to check your installation and fix what it finds.
Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available?

Wow, someone actually reads emails. Great.
Ok, per your suggestion, I went to Support and the autofix said I had no issues/problems.
What can I do now?

Can you tell us what Norton Product you are using, Internet Security, 360, or the standalone Identity Safe? What version is it? Click on Support - About.
What operating system and service pack are you using?

What processor is in your computer? There have been some issues with older AMD and Pentium systems.
