Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Hi,

I registered to Norton Safe Web (as Fred67) but I can't validate my website. I've tried with both meta tag and html file methods, with no luck (every time I get a popup saying my website validation is not possible, and I'm invited to leave a comment, which I did but nothing came out of it so far).

My site is http://hopla.dyndns-blog.com/

I left the meta tag in the header section.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong ?

I'm not sure there are too many here who can address the problem directly to provide a solution.
