Hi

When i do a sample purchase on our site www.expressitdecals.com and click checkout I get a suspicious website blocked page coming up for a few seconds then it goes thru to Paypal. We use 3dcart as our ecommerce provider and they said everything looks good on their end so it must be a Norton issue. Really need to know why it is doing this.

I can't see your image yet, as it has to be approved by a moderator, however I clicked your link above, clicked on Shopping Cart (after placing an item in it) and then selected the PayPal logo.  I got a blank page with a spinner) (working in the address block and then was taken to the PayPal page.  I can imagine that brief blank pageis where you are seeing something different.

I have tried this with both FF 14.01 and IE 9 and get the same results.

It happens when you select online credit card as payment, works fine if you select the paypal logo option. Also just tried in IE and do not get the suspicious webpage blocked page. Firefox issue?

I just tried n IE 9 and FF 14.01 and got thru in the same way in both.

Clear Temp Files and Cache  ?????

I also just checked the link in the block and Norton Safe Web shows it as a green OK:
