Education offer email form Symantec only offer NAV 11 Mac, I'm after NAV 12 Mac. Help.

I'd like to buy an education discounted NAV 12 for my Mac but after I filled in my details I got an email but only offering NAV 11 for Mac, I have Lion and need the latest version. Help.
