Live Update Problem

As I went to run live update I noticed that it has some date issues. I have no idea what is going on, and I can't find anything about this problem online.

Hi dustin_the_wind,

Welcome to Norton Community!

Could you provide more information on this? Exactly what happens when you run LiveUpdate? any error message?

I don't receive any error messages. This is what makes it really weird to me. Here's the screen again, with a new date change. Here are a series of screen shots that show up when I run LiveUpdate.

Re: Live Update Problem

Thank you very much for the detailed screenshots. Really problem with dates. You must have checked the system date, but just to double check, can you once again verify that it is correct. Also, since how long you are facing this problem?

To clarify, this is a screen of the system date. I started noticing this problem probably about four months ago, but I thought it might iron itself out because it might reset with the system date. However, nothing has changed, so it's starting to get to the point of frustration.Picture 7.png

Re: Live Update Problem

Hi dustin_the_wind,

Can you tell me what version of LiveUpdate you have installed?  You can check by selecting it in the Finder and doing a Command-I or Get Info.  It might say something like 5.1.1f18.
