When I do the update and it shows as completed, it leaves a small 60K as a leftover. If I again run LiveUpdate/Update everything the 60k will show and then completes the original update. My question is why does it not complete as one update?

To hep you serve better could you please provide what product and version you use.  Also please do provide the component that is leftover by 60K.
