Norton for Mac

I'm still using 10.6 and NAV 11.  Live update direcyed me to http://store.norton.com/mf/upgraderenewal.html but on that page all I see is featured products.  Where do I select to renew NAV11 Live Update subscription?

Look for a dropdown menu near the top of that page that allows you to select your current product and version.  It should bring you to the product page, which will have Buy and Renew buttons.  You can use the Renew button to purchase a subscription renewal for your current product.

Another option is to visit mynortonaccount.com.  You should see each registered product there, along with a Renew button to extend a particular subscription for another year.

I've attached a screenshot of the page.  I see no such option.  In mynortonacount.com I only see NAV 12 for my Lion computer.  Not my NAV 11 for the Snowleopard computer.
