I bought online a new subscription to my norton internet security for my mac and after the installation it says that my subscription has runout and I need to buy a new one. I've uninstalled my original Norton and installed this one to try to fix it but it seems to not do anything. I'm out of ideas on what to do and it's an awful lot of money if it's not going to work...if you know what I mean.

OS x which version: To find the version goto the apple icon->About this mac->Let us know what is the version.

What happened? Did you activated the NIS?
