Hi Malart,

So sorry for your troubles and for our delayed response. We are busily updating our products for Mac OS 10.6 compatibility. We recently released LiveUpdate 5.1.1 that addressed some updating issues. Please try the following and let me know how you make out.

1. Quit LiveUpdate.

2. Download LiveUpdate 5.1.1 stand-alone installer from:

ftp://ftp.symantec.com/misc/tools/mactools/LiveUpdate5.1.1.tgz

3. Expand LiveUpdate5.1.1.tgz.

4. Double-click and install LiveUpdate.mpkg.

5. Run LiveUpdate.
