I had to reinstall OSX 10.6.6 (Snow Leopard) on my computer. I used Migration Assistant to bring over all my apps from the external hard drive. Norton Antivirus wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled it and used my installation CD (from June 2009) to try to reinstall the NAV program. Upon restart all I get is some Code 10 error. In addition, the antivirus selection isn't even available under the NAV icon on the top right of my screen, just the live update option, and that doesn't even work. This program worked fine before with 10.6.6. What could the problem be?

You need to email Norton customer service and ask them to email you Norton for Mac Version 11.1A. This will allow you to reinstall NAV for Mac.
Version 11.1 will not work if you are running OSX 10.6.6. You need 11.1.A
