Norton for Mac

I am new to Norton.  Now when I am on my computer from time to time I get a pop up that says a certain web site or ??? wants permission to download to my computer.  For instance, just got one from PubSubAgent a184-84-222-74.  Norton wants to know if I will allow this or not.   ??????????  How do I know what this is and if it is safe to "allow" or not ??

Just a quick question - are you referring to the Mac version? I seem to recall PubSubAgent being something to do with the Mac. Just asking cause this is the subforum for the PC version, just so there are no mistakes because of the version here. :)

Next time you see the alert, please post a screenshot of it here on the forums.

To take a screenshot of the alert you can press Apple-shift-3 to take a picture of your entire screen, or you can press Apple-shift-4, and then a spacebar after, to take a screenshot of a particular window. Post the screenshot here, and I'll try to explain what is happening.
