We will be releasing this as a LiveUpdate package in the near future, but I wanted to get this to you as soon as we possibly could. We now have a patch that you can run that will provide the Norton Phishing Protection toolbar in Firefox 3 (as opposed to Safari 3 and Firefox 2). We have posted instructions here:
Just follow the instructions and you will not only get our constantly updated white and black list protection, but also "live" web page scanning using our propietary heuristics technology, which can protect against malicious sites that have not been entered into publicly available phishing lists yet.
Please let me know if you have any questions let me know!

Your suggestion, please, on how to get the patch to work on a Dual G5 2.0 running OS 10.5.7 and Firefox 3.0.11?
Terminal gives me a "no such file or directory" response:
Macintosh:~ norm$ sudo/Users/normannager/Desktop/Firefox3_NCO/Patche
I follow the directions exactly through step 6. I've tried it with Firefox un-launched and with it launched.
LiveUpdate shows me running the following Symantec versions:
NCO for Macintosh Anti-Phishing Engine 3.0.0
Norton Confidential for Macintosh 1.2.1
Symantec DeepSight Extractor for Macintosh 4.5.0
Vulnerability Protection Engine for Macintosh 1.3.0
Vulnerability for Macintosh Latest
Norton Internet Security for Macintosh 4.0.0
LiveUpdate for Macintosh 5.1.0
Norton Firewall for Macintosh 4.0.1
NCO for Macintosh Anti-Phishing Defs Latest
Thanks for any help you might offer.

Sorry guys, this is an oversight in the Knowledgebase article. You need a space after typing "sudo". It should be "sudo ", and then drag the Patcher.sh file into the Terminal window.
We're working to get this clarified.
