Quit browser

I am having the same issue referenced here http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-for-Mac/Quit-Browser/m-p/569174#M4402 on a new iMac.  Here is the terminal output

Unfortunately this is a bug in the Apple installer that is not fixed in Mac OS X 10.7. Your printer driver is confusing the Apple installer into thinking that Safari is running, because it has the word "Safari" in its command string.

 

Your case is especially hard because the application name is very long (Canon_MP980_series__00_1e_8f_36_58_d5_). You can try booting your Mac with the shift key down which may prevent this application from loading.

 

If that does not work, I can try to get you an updated installer which works around this issue in a different way. Sorry for the troubles!
