Nothing is fixed for me.
How do I get the update?
By the way, I cannot use the AutoDetectPkg.exe. I have a macintosh (as previously stated in this chain), plus the issue I see also impacts exe files.

Sorry for not providing better closure on this issue. However, the latest signatures update does fix this issue.
if you're experiencing blocking of some file types then please run LiveUpdate to obtain the latest singnatures.
Obviously, if the issue persists then please let us know.
