malicious script

I have a malicious script that highjacks my browser and redirects me to a different webpage that I am navigating to.  (I believe I may have gotten it from bravo.com).  I ran an update followed by a complete virus scan, but now viruses were found.  How can I remove this script?  It is driving me nuts.
