Norton for Mac

i installed nis 5 for mac and mozilla firefox 13.0 , my problem i cant see the identity tool bar and norton search bar,i have enable safe surfing ,went  at tools-add ons and extention doesnt apears norton tool bar.i try everything but  the tool bar is missing,please someone can help me,i very desappointmen with this nis

I am sorry for the delayed reply,

Please follow these steps in order to make sure that your problem is fixed.

--> First step, ran the live update [Update everything now] in the Norton Internet Security until you get the message all the updates are installed and then restart the Mac.
--> In the Norton Internet Security program, make sure that you allow the firefox in the application firewall settings to access the Internet
--> Restart the firefox application you will get a popup to install the Identity Safe toolbar 2.2.2r7 for firefox - If that doesn't work [Please re-install firefox]

--> You will get an alert to setup the Norton Toolbar, which is for Norton Safe Search and Norton Identity.

--> Please note that Norton Identity Toolbar will not help you to save any login info for web pages

--> To use that feature, you have to download an Identity safe app from app store - Please visit this Identity safe for Mac for more details

--> After installation - To use the Identity safe in Mac, please click on the lock symbol to create an online vault and start using it.
