Hi All,

I wanted to let you know that we've discovered that changes in Firefox 3.6 have caused a problem with our Social Networking Monitoring feature.

We're actively working on a patch that we're targeting for release in February, but I wanted to draw your attention to the problem in case you've been having trouble monitoring your child's social networking usage on Firefox 3.6.

The latest version of Norton Safety Minder 1.2.17 has corrected this issue.  The update has been released and it should have been installed and downloaded on your kid's PC via Automatic LiveUpdate.  You can determine this by clicking on Norton Safety Minder icon in the System Tray and selecting About Norton Safety Minder.

If you don't have the latest version yet, please click on the Download link on page  https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs and install NSM manually on your kid's PC.
