You need to change the vault password from your PC.
Be sure you make a backup of your Identity Safe Vault before you do anything.
You need to find the settings screens for you Identity Safe and look for a Change Vault Password link. If you tell us what Norton Product you are using, and what version (click Support - About from the main Norton page), we can give more specific directions.
Are you using a local or online vault?
