Activate Norton Utilities on 2nd computer

I installed & activated Norton Utilities 15 on my Vista laptop w/o problems.  I installed on my Windows7 desktop, but activation failed 3 times.  What should I do?

You might be best to contact Customer Support.  Live Chat is often the quickest way.  You can reach them at http://www.norton.com/chat.

Re: Activate Norton Utilities on 2nd computer

Thanks, Krusty13.  I posted here because I was directed here from MyNortonAccount.com . . . Live Chat helped me activate successfully.  The problem was that I used lower case for my name in the 1st activation & proper capitalization when attempting to activate the 2nd time.  Live Chat quickly caught that. If Norton's A/V, Utilities & other software can find & correct much more complex situations on our computers, their activation software should be smart enough to find a simple case mismatch.
