I have purged all files except for about 1-2Gb used on a desktop running N360 v4; my total storage is the 2Gb for N360 + 25Gb I purchased with a NOBU license = 27Gb total available storage. NOBU still reports 16.10Gb used, which is at least 14Gb more than should be stored on the NOBU account.
I have written twice to Wes Welty and have received no reply. I tried a Symantec analyst chat today, the outcome of that was to be told I was running out of space, which I obviously already knew (I purged about 10Gb of files after my useless chat session).
If I cannot use the storage space I am paying for, I would like a refund, but I would prefer to use NOBU. Thanks.

I do apologize. I had applied the corrective steps and replied to your message but seems it never arrived. I've re-applied the quota reset and sent another PM. Please advise how everything is shaping up now.
