Backup Restore is very slow

How much time should it take to restore 10GB of files from the online backup?  After about 2 hours the Norton indicator shows only 12% complete.  Is it my computer?  I do have a high speed internet connection, so I wonder what would be causing such a slow restore?  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi,

Some possible reasons; network traffic, RAM, free disk space to unencrypt files, other programs or routines working in the background. I'm sure there are more.
