I was having problems with an Old PC which ultimately crashed and I do not plan to have fixed. Before it crashed, I purchased additional store space to backup my files on Norton 360. I purchased a new PC last evening so I tried to download my files. I keep getting this message:
Something went wrong
Nobu is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away.

Three very nice people from Norton spent three hours trying to resolve this problem by remoting control my computer. The issue still remains. Has anyone else had a similar problem and been able to resolve it?

Hello melchera,
I'm curious as to why you're using Norton Online Backup when you were originally using Norton 360 for backups. Reinstalling Norton 360 on the new machine will allow you to access your prior data sets from within the program itself. There isn't really a need to try to utilize Norton Online Backup unless you specifically also registered for that service or want to download individual files from https://nobu.backup.com/n360.
Can you please answer the following questions:

Thank you!!! The files are now listed under Norton 360...as of early on Tuesday morning, they were not there! Thank you so much for your help!
