Hi,

After paying online & successfully renewing for 2 year subscription of my Norton Internet Security 2011 & Norton Utilities (Additional Order), I am unable to download & install Norton Utilities on my PC. My Norton Account showed that it has been paid for, but the Norton Utilities Download Button is Non-Functional (Greyed Out).

Please help. Thanks.

                       May i know what version of Norton Utilites you have either 14.5 or 15.you can check it by loging into www.mynortonaccount.com. i hope you should have Norton utitlies version 15. please click on this url www.norton.com/download  on step 2 you can see various norton product download links. select norton utilites and download it to your computer.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure what is the Version No. for Norton Utilities as my Norton Account only showed the Product Key. But I did the Renewal subscription for my Norton Internet Security 2011 today, where the Norton Utilities is offered as an Additional Offer. Should it be Version 15 or Version 14?

Hi,

      Since you purchased it recently it should be version 15 . so you can download the utilites 15 from the above link and use the product key to activate it. let me know if there is any issues
