Circular Argument

For some time now, I have been unable to recover the Product Key for my copy of Norton Utilities because the Server is not available. The user is invited to contact Technical Support should the problem persist. The automated response from Technical Support says:
"
If you see a message that says the server is down or not available, this indicates that there is currently either a problem with one of our servers or a server is undergoing maintenance. These things are usually resolved quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later.
"
In this case, the server seems not to be down - but dead.
Any ideas?

Sorry you are having a problem. Norton Utilities is dealt with in the Other Norton Products Forum here so I'll ask for your message to be moved over there or better exposure. You won't lose sight of it because a link will be left here.

It might help to know the version ID of your Norton Utilities or some similar ID.
