Re: Cloned a HDD to my new SDD Samsung 830 256gb ERRORS

I think my transfer issue is I am sending to a slow HDD which writes very slow. So it keeps failing if I test my networks on anythinf else it is very quick but that HDD is slow

It shouldn't be that slow. Sounds sick. But maybe try putting the image on an external HD and restore it from there.

I am looking for a SSD card that is good value for an oldish MOBO Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS4 iP35 Socket 775 which I think is SATAII only. Most of them are SATAIII which is pointless.  DO you know much about the SSD cards?? WHich one would you recommend I only want a 120 gb one

I was loking at this on offer http://www.dabs.com/products/ocz-technology-120gb-agility-3-ssd-series-sata-6gb-s-2-5--solid-state-d... it say 3gb backward compatibility but that does not refer to SATA)) I do not think ???
