I removed then reinstalled Norton Ghost 15.

Still getting the same error

In addition, when I ran the driver verification program the attahced file was produced.

When \ where are you getting this error? Can you take a screen shot of the error after you get it?

i had this same error.  a uninsall/reinstall did not fix the issue, however deleting the file did fix the issue.

saw this tip from another post on this forum.
